Curriculum differentiation is something that is very important to all teachers and especially to me. We get all types of learners in the mainstream classroom in the modern world of today and we need to teach these learners by catering for all of them.
This course was very interesting in giving me more information and ideas on curriculum differentiation.
The course is short but sweet and very informative.
Thank you EDUVATION for making learning so easy via online courses.

Curriculum differentiation is one of the most important aspects of an inclusive classroom and this course highlighted that fact! The course focused on the various aspects of curriculum differentiation, such as the content, process and product and how to differentiate on these three key points.
The course explained in detail how curriculum differentiation involves matching the curriculum and instruction with learners interests, learning styles, achievement levels and prior knowledge. This is done through a variety of strategies and creative support techniques.
There is often a misconception regarding curriculum differentiation where many believe that is it individualised instruction, but this course clearly explains how all of the learners are learning the same thing, however the tasks are presented in different ways and at different levels!
This was an excellent course which I thoroughly enjoyed!
Dear Shari,
I thoroughly enjoyed the course work on curriculum differentiation. It is really interesting ans useful as a teacher to continuously update and expand your basic understanding to a more advance level of understanding. The course enabled a reflective heart of the nature of our school environment and it’s compliance as put forth in White Paper 6.
I wish to continue with other courses if given the chance. It open up my world in the rural environment to be able to be a change agent in education.
Kind regards,
Roger
The curriculum differentiation course really assisted me with my daily teaching. I often struggled with differentiation the curriculum, whilst still maintaining the CAPS standards. After the completion of this course, I feel confident that I will be able to differentiate the curriculum, which will benefit all of my learners.
I really enjoyed the fact that practical demonstrations and classroom examples were included in the course. Overall this was a great experience and I have gained a lot by completing the course!
